Hi, I've gone from a "standard" diet to slowly restricting myself of certain foods and particularly dietary fat, because I got convinced that was a healthy thing to do. I even became interested in becoming vegan, and particular in a high carb, (very) low fat way of eating.For over a year now I experience poor blood circulation in my hands and feet which makes me feeling extremely cold, more so then usually for the circumstance I'm in that moment compared to someone else. I also experience problems with memory, concentration, brain fog, depression.. and being easily "mentally burnt out". My training also doesn't progress in any way, I even experience lack of strength/muscle, while sometimes having small bursts of days/weeks where I seem to regain a bit of stamina/strength but over the long haul I'm not progressing in any way.
